Hospice Donation Page
The Hospice Fund supports two of New York’s oldest and most respected hospice programs - MJHS Hospice and Jacob Perlow Hospice - that serve hundreds of patients and their families every day throughout the metropolitan area. Contributions to this fund help provide hospice care in patients’ homes and in select skilled nursing facilities, including inpatient units at Metropolitan Jewish Geriatric Center and Jacob Perlow, as well as residences such as the Mollie and Jack Zicklin Jewish Hospice Residence. In addition, it supports a variety of other hospice services, including social work, music and arts therapy for the patient and family members, children’s bereavement counseling, nutrition consulting, volunteer visits and pastoral care.
