  • Centers for Caring

When someone you love can no longer live safely at home or needs expert help to recover from an illness or surgery, turn to Metropolitan Jewish Health System (MJHS) for a safe place your loved one can call home.

Whether your loved one needs long-term or short-term rehabilitation (also called subacute care), MJHS has a program and facility designed to help. Rehabilitation and exceptional care begin by choosing one of our three exceptional skilled nursing facilities: Metropolitan Jewish Geriatric Center (MJGC), Shorefront Center For Rehabilitation and Nursing Care (Shorefront) or Menorah Center For Rehabilitation and Nursing Care (Menorah).
